Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Tennessee to pick and pack orders, print labels, and inspect products for quality. You will use various equipment to prepare shipments and support receiving demands, ensuring accuracy and safety.

The role requires attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. FIFO inventory, DOT/IATA/IMDG labeling, and quality checks are part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
• Able to complete physical tasks (standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Pick orders for shipment and ensure correct items are loaded.
• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
• Operate equipment to pick, pack, and kit products for shipping when required.
• Record packaging and order information on required forms.
• Affix shipping labels and ensure accuracy of outbound shipments.
• Perform quality inspections and report variances.
• Participate in inventory/cycle counts as needed.
