Job summary

International Game Technology seeks an experienced Production Supervisor II to lead FinTech kiosk manufacturing operations. You will oversee the assembly, integration, testing, and fulfillment of complex kiosks while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The role involves NPI collaboration, process improvements, workforce development, and cross-functional work with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Customer Operations.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in manufacturing with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in electromechanical/kiosk manufacturing or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, production planning, and quality systems.
  • Experience with new product introduction (NPI) and production ramp-up.
  • Demonstrated success leading continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
  • Experience supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and manufacturing reporting tools.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily production activities for FinTech kiosk manufacturing, including mechanical assembly, electrical integration, software loading, testing, and final system configuration.
  • Ensure production schedules are executed efficiently to meet customer demand and delivery commitments.
  • Monitor workflow, staffing levels, and resource utilization to maximize productivity and throughput.
  • Ensure kiosks are manufactured in accordance with quality standards and specifications.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to transition new kiosk products into production and improve manufacturability.
  • Supervise, coach, and mentor production employees and team leads; manage recruiting and training.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and results-drivenProduction Supervisor II to lead manufacturing operations for FinTech kiosk products. The successful candidate will oversee production teams responsible for the assembly, integration, testing, and fulfillment of complex kiosk systems while ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and delivery objectives are achieved.This position plays a critical role in supporting new product introductions (NPI), manufacturing process improvements, workforce development, and cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Logistics, and Customer Operations.

  • Lead daily production activities for FinTech kiosk manufacturing, including mechanical assembly, electrical integration, software loading, testing, and final system configuration.
  • Ensure production schedules are executed efficiently to meet customer demand and delivery commitments.
  • Monitor workflow, staffing levels, and resource utilization to maximize productivity and throughput.
Quality & Process Control
  • Ensure kiosks are manufactured in accordance with established quality standards, work instructions, and engineering specifications.
  • Partner with Quality Engineering to investigate defects, drive corrective actions, and reduce recurring issues.
  • Support discrepancy reporting, material review activities, and process validation efforts.
New Product Introduction (NPI)
  • Collaborate with Engineering teams to successfully transition new kiosk products and features into production.
  • Evaluate manufacturing readiness and develop scalable production processes for new products.
  • Identify process gaps and implement solutions that improve manufacturability, efficiency, and product quality.
  • Analyze key operational metrics and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
  • Develop and maintain standardized work instructions, process documentation, and training materials.
  • Participate in layout improvements, workstation optimization, and ergonomic enhancements.
  • Supervise, coach, and mentor production employees and team leads.
  • Manage recruiting, onboarding, training, scheduling, performance management, and employee development activities.
  • Ensure employees are trained and certified on manufacturing processes, testing procedures, and safety requirements.
Material & Inventory Management
  • Partner with Supply Chain, Inventory Control, and Planning teams to address material shortages and production constraints.
  • Support inventory accuracy initiatives and ensure proper material handling practices are followed.
  • Assist in expediting critical components required to maintain production schedules.
Safety
  • Promote and enforce a culture of safety throughout the manufacturing operation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, environmental health and safety requirements, and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct regular safety observations and address potential workplace hazards proactively.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Support cross-functional business initiatives and strategic manufacturing objectives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Experience
  • 7+ years of manufacturing experience with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Experience in electromechanical assembly, kiosk manufacturing, ATM manufacturing, self-service technology, electronics, or related industries preferred.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, production planning, and quality systems.
  • Experience with new product introduction (NPI) and production ramp-up activities.
  • Demonstrated success leading continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
  • Experience supporting root cause analysis, corrective actions, and process optimization.
  • Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and manufacturing reporting tools.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience manufacturing financial service kiosks, payment devices, gaming peripherals, or self-service customer-facing hardware.
  • Familiarity with electrical testing, system configuration, software imaging, and final product validation.
  • Knowledge of ISO, quality management systems, and structured problem-solving methodologies.

The estimated starting compensation range for this role is $70,000 – $90,000 USD, based on a good-faith assessment at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary. IGT complies with all applicable pay transparency and compensation laws and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is one component of IGT’s total rewards program. Depending on the role, employees may be eligible for bonus or commission opportunities.
