The position requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to read a tape measure, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Work hours are 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with an hourly wage of $25.25–$28.95.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Computer skills including tablet use.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Experience with hand tools; forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process chamber shipments and warranty shipments using ERP and shipping programs (UPS/FedEx).
• Create bills of lading, manifests, and packing slips in Word/Excel.
• Prepare USMCA, commercial invoices, and origin certificates using templates.
• Create shipping labels in Excel/Word and DYMO.
• Coordinate shipments with selected carriers and perform forklift loading/unloading.
• Maintain a clean work area and comply with safety policies.
• Regular attendance and willingness to perform other duties as assigned.
