ESPEC North America is seeking a Logistics Coordinator I to join our Shipping Department. The role blends office and warehouse duties with a friendly benefits package, a 4‑day work week, Friday overtime, and no mandatory weekend work.

The position supports the movement of environmental test chambers, using ERP, shipping programs, and MS Office tools in a clean facility. Growth opportunities are available for motivated team members.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to read a tape measure.
  • Computer skills including use of a tablet.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) required.
  • Experience using hand tools.
  • Forklift operation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Process chamber/warranty shipments using the ERP system and UPS/FedEx shipping programs.
  • Create bill of lading, packing slips, and manifests in Word/Excel.
  • Prepare USMCA, commercial invoice, and origin documents using templates.
  • Create shipping labels with Excel/Word/DYMO.
  • Process shipments with selected carriers.
  • Operate a forklift to load/unload freight.
  • Maintain a clean work area daily and attend regularly.
  • Perform other routine duties as assigned.

8:30AM - 5PM Monday – Friday

$25.25/hr - $28.95/hr

Requirements
Summary

Assists with the logistics of materials and environmental test chambers. The Logistics Coordinator I includes a combination of office and warehouse responsibilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Processes chamber/warranty shipments using the company ERP system and (UPS/FedEx) shipping programs.
  • Uses Microsoft Word and Excel to create the bill of lading, manifest, and packing slip for shipments.
  • Prepares USMCA, commercial invoice, and certificate of origin documents using existing template from the government or created by ESPEC.
  • Creates shipping labels using Microsoft Excel, Word, and DYMO program.
  • Processes shipments with selected carriers.
  • Operates a forklift to load and unload freight indoors and outdoors.
  • Cleans work area daily using broom, dustpan, etc.
  • Regular physical attendance is required.
  • Performs other routine duties as assigned.

Education
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
Skills and Experience
  • Ability to read a tape measure required.
  • Computer skills, including the use of a tablet, required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office to include (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams), required.
  • Experience using hand tools required.
  • Ability to operate forklift preferred.
