Job summary

AS Talent Advisors is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Logistics Coordinator in Columbia, MD. This full-time role supports the daily flow of products through a warehouse, coordinating inbound shipments and accurately receiving into the ERP system.

You will maintain receiving documentation, assist with scheduling outbound deliveries, and work with warehouse management and ERP/MRP systems. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience in construction/warehouse environments and a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping, receiving, warehousing, and inventory control is required in building materials or similar industries.
• Proficiency with warehouse/ERP systems and data analytics is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organization and time-management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound shipments and ensure accurate receiving into the ERP system.
• Maintain receiving documentation and records.
• Assist with scheduling and coordination of outbound deliveries.
• Support day-to-day warehouse flow and data accuracy in inventory systems.
