Novolex is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Elizabeth, NJ to manage delivery appointments and customer pickups. You will notify service reps and warehouse teams of discrepancies and confirm inventory prior to shipping.

The role requires a high school diploma, basic math, and proficiency with Microsoft AX, Excel, Word and Outlook. Forklift knowledge and strong communication are essential for success in our busy logistics operation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 2-3 lines showing basic math, reading and writing required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft AX, Excel, Word and Outlook is required.
• Problem-solve to keep customers satisfied and communicate with teammates.

Responsibilities

• Set up delivery and customer pick up appointments.
• Confirm inventory on product before shipping.
• Respond to email in a timely manner.
• Assist Warehouse Supervisors with forklift drivers and other duties.
• Assist Warehouse Supervisors on any tasks needed.
• Request carriers for pre-loaded shipments and enter loads into TMS.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
