Job summary

Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases in North Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support the Logistics department with accurate packaging, labeling, loading, and records for shipments. You will assist with warehouse functions and maintain shipment records to ensure timely deliveries.

You’ll coordinate with customers and freight forwarders, perform local deliveries, and conduct cycle counts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of logistics experience in manufacturing.
• Proficiency with ERP and shipping platforms.
• Forklift certification and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple shipments.
• Knowledge of domestic and international shipping regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain shipment paperwork.
• Maintain logs and records of shipments.
• Coordinate shipments with customers and freight forwarders.
• Troubleshoot shipping issues (loading plans, weight limits, driver issues).
• Ensure proper packing and marking of products as required.
• Check orders for accuracy and stage crates/orders for pickup.
• Track and update customers on shipment status.
• Interact with truck drivers and carriers; load trucks and trailers.
• Assist in warehouse functions and local deliveries.
• Perform cycle counts; other duties as assigned.
