Job summary

Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases in North Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to ensure accurate shipment packaging, labeling, and loading, and to maintain inbound/outbound records. You will also assist with warehouse functions.

The role requires independent work, experience with ERP logistics software, familiarity with domestic and international shipping, forklift certification, and a valid driver’s license; occasional local deliveries are included.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years logistics experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Forklift certified.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Familiarity with domestic and international shipping requirements.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain shipment paperwork.
• Maintain logs and records of shipments.
• Coordinate shipments with customers or freight forwarders for pickup/delivery.
• Troubleshoot shipping issues (loading plans, weight limits, driver issues).
• Ensure proper packing and marking of products per transport method.
• Check orders for accuracy and stage crates/orders for pickup.
• Track and update customers on shipment status.
• Create crate markings per customer requirements.
• Interact with truck drivers and carriers, load trucks and trailers.
• Assist in warehouse functions and local deliveries.
