Qualifications

• Basic administrative experience (filing, telephone, data entry).
• 5+ years of experience in Logistics.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage invoicing and shipping activities to support timely deliveries.
• Coordinate with Logistics lead and Sr. Logistics Specialist to execute daily tasks.
• Handle multiple transportation modes (FCL, LCL, Airfreight, FTL, LTL, parcel services).
• Verify bills of lading, invoices, and orders, and resolve discrepancies.
• Schedule pickups and coordinate with carriers for timely shipments.
• Support returns, exchanges, and payment-related shipping questions.
• Learn and apply import/export requirements for domestic and international trade.
