Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent in business/logistics or related field.
• 3–5 years' related experience or training.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• MS Office proficiency including Word, Project and Excel.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical and/or international shipping preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for all logistics-related functions including receiving, distribution, returns, and destruction.
• Assist in obtaining quotes and information from stakeholders.
• Assist with confirmations in internal systems such as IRT.
• Maintain and file departmental documentation for storage.
• Analyze daily distribution activities with logistcs staff.
• Assist in investigations pertaining to distribution-related issues.
• Comply with cGMP guidelines and safety standards.
• Participate in regular meetings and meet performance measures.
