5th HQ is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Sunrise, FL to manage domestic and international shipments of fresh produce. The role requires fluency in English and Spanish, strong organization, and experience coordinating transportation with carriers, forwarders, and customs brokers.

On-site, full-time position with standard daytime hours. Prior experience with refrigerated transport and cold chain management is highly valued.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, shipping and receiving, or import/export operations.
• Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken) - MUST BE MANDATORY.
• Experience coordinating domestic and international shipments.
• Proficiency in Excel, Outlook and ERP systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments of fresh produce.
• Schedule transportation with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
• Manage inbound/outbound shipments, warehouse receiving, and delivery appointments.
• Track shipments and resolve delays to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Prepare shipping docs: BOLs, POs, packing lists, invoices.
• Monitor refrigerated transportation and cold chain requirements.
• Collaborate with Warehouse, Sales, Suppliers, and Management to optimize logistics.

We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join a growing fresh produce company in Sunrise, FL! This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in transportation coordination, import/export operations, and shipping and receiving.

Location: Sunrise, FL 33326

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM-5:30 PM

Salary: $45,000-$50,000 annually (Based on Experience)

Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Language Requirement: MUST BE FLUENTLY BILINGUAL IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH - MANDATORY.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments of fresh produce.

• Schedule transportation with carriers, trucking companies, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.

• Manage inbound and outbound shipments, warehouse receiving, and delivery appointments.

• Track shipments, resolve transportation delays, and ensure on-time deliveries.

• Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, including BOLs, purchase orders, packing lists, and invoices.

• Monitor refrigerated transportation and cold chain requirements.

• Collaborate with Warehouse, Sales, Suppliers, and Management to ensure efficient logistics operations.

Requirements

• Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken) - MANDATORY.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, shipping and receiving, or import/export operations - REQUIRED.

• Experience coordinating domestic and international shipments.

• Knowledge of freight coordination, customs procedures, and shipping documentation.

• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and transportation scheduling.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and logistics or ERP systems.

• Excellent organizational, communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time-sensitive shipments.

• Experience in fresh produce, food distribution, refrigerated transportation, or cold storage is strongly preferred.

• Knowledge of Produce Pro (PPRO), port operations, customs clearance, or cold chain management is a plus.
