Job summary

Drylock Technologies Ltd. in Wisconsin is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join a fast-paced warehouse team. You will help with shipping, receiving, inventory movement and support daily production needs, while upholding Safe Practices and GMPs.

The role requires 12-hour shifts (7am-7pm and 7pm-7am), three or four days per week, with overtime and potential shift changes. Candidates should have a high school diploma and forklift experience; training provided for other equipment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience in a production environment.
  • Forklift experience and prior certifications preferred but not required.
  • Experience in Logistics related fields preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Support shipping, receiving, and inventory movement in a fast-paced warehouse.
  • Communicate work status at shift changes and keep areas clean and safe.
  • Operate equipment including baling, stretch wrapping, and industrial lifts.
  • Assist with year-end inventory and cycle counts as needed.
  • Adhere to GMPs and Drylock Core Values: Safety, Respect, Ownership.

Join our Logistics team and help keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced warehouse environment! As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play an important role in shipping, receiving, inventory movement, and supporting daily production needs while working alongside a team focused on Safety, Respect, and Ownership. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, teamwork, and a dynamic work environment.

Schedule: Logistics Coordinator work three or four 12 hour shifts each week, rotating from days (7am-7pm) to nights (7pm-7am) every 8 weeks.

Starting pay: $21.05 per hour (base pay + shift differential)

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will:

  • Demonstrate Drylock Core Values: Safety, Respect, Ownership

  • Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
  • Demonstrate respect to all individuals you encounter.
  • Communicate work status with incoming crew at shift change.
  • Maintain clean and safe work areas.
  • Daily warehouse maintenance to keep warehouse in compliance with warehouse cleanliness expectations.
  • Effectively communicate.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and work in different Logistics areas.
  • Operate task specific equipment:
    • Baling equipment.
    • Stretch wrapper.
    • Industrial lifts (forklift, clamp truck, roll clamp, sweeper).
    • Stand‑alone case printer.
  • Keep production lines clear of scrap and garbage.
  • Keep facility garbage’s empty.
  • Unload and warehouse inbound deliveries while following defined procedures.
  • Pick and place product in the warehouse from the palletizing area while following defined procedures.
  • Stage, check, and load customer orders while following defined procedures.
  • Stock the production lines:
    • Using Bill of Materials.
    • Following 5s.
    • Following defined procedures.
  • Accurately perform cycle counts as needed as well as assist with year-end inventory.

Logistics Coordinator Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience in a production environment.
  • Forklift experience and prior certifications preferred but not required.
  • Experience in Logistics related fields preferred but not required.

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Must have a good command of the English language
  • Must be able to read and interpret work documents
  • Must have the ability to work in teams
  • Must have the ability to perform basic math
  • Must have the ability to adapt to frequent changes
  • Demonstrates desire to be a cross‑functional Logistics team member.
  • Must have computer skills as applicable to production projects in the manufacturing field.
  • Demonstrate respect to all individuals you encounter.
  • Must be able to work overtime or on a different shift if required.
  • Must comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
  • Assist with new hires development with guidance and concern.
  • Assist with physical inventory.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • None

Personal Protective Equipment Requirements:

  • Hearing protection must be worn at all times.
  • Cut resistant gloves when using cutting tools.

Work Environment:

  • Work is performed in an industrial environment.

Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
