Job summary

Drylock Technologies Ltd. is hiring a Logistics Coordinator to join our Eau Claire, WI team. This full-time role involves shipping, receiving, inventory movement and supporting daily production needs in a fast-paced warehouse.

You will operate forklifts and other equipment, maintain safety and GMP standards, and coordinate with shift teams on 2-2-3 schedules. Starting pay is $20.05 per hour, with opportunities to grow within a global hygiene products company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a production environment preferred.
• Forklift experience and prior certifications preferred but not required.
• Experience in Logistics related fields preferred but not required.

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play an important role in shipping, receiving, inventory movement, and supporting daily production needs while working alongside a team focused on Safety, Respect, and Ownership. Schedule:Logistics Coordinator work three or four 12 hour shifts each week working the 2-2-3 schedule.

Starting pay:$20.05 per hour

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will:

• Maintain clean and safe work areas.
• Daily warehouse maintenance to keep warehouse in compliance with warehouse cleanliness expectations.
• Effectively communicate.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and work in different Logistics areas.
• Operate task specific equipment:
  • Baling equipment.
  • Stretch wrapper.
  • Industrial lifts (forklift, clamp truck, roll clamp, sweeper).
  • Stand-alone case printer.
• Keep production lines clear of scrap and garbage.
• Keep facility garbage’s empty.
• Unload and warehouse inbound deliveries while following defined procedures.
• Pick and place product in the warehouse from the palletizing area while following defined procedures.
• Stage, check, and load customer orders while following defined procedures.
• Stock the production lines:
  • Using Bill of Materials.
  • Following 5s.
  • Following defined procedures.
• Accurately perform cycle counts as needed as well as assist with year-end inventory.

Logistics Coordinator Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a production environment.
• Forklift experience and prior certifications preferred but not required.
• Experience in Logistics related fields preferred but not required.

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Must have a good command of the English language
• Must be able to read and interpret work documents
• Must have the ability to work in teams
• Must have the ability to perform basic math
• Must have the ability to adapt to frequent changes
• Demonstrates desire to be a cross-functional Logistics team member.
• Must have computer skills as applicable to production projects in the manufacturing field.

• Must be able to work overtime or on a different shift if required.
• Must comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Assist with new hires development with guidance and concern.
• Assist with physical inventory.

Personal Protective Equipment Requirements:

• Hearing protection must be worn at all times.
• Cut resistant gloves when using cutting tools.
• Work is performed in an industrial environment.

Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
