Responsibilities

• Logistics Coordination & Support: Build loads and set up carriers.
• Schedule pickup/delivery appointments and update calls.
• Update customer systems with critical load information.
• Maintain active load info for shipper and carrier tracking.
• Answer phones and route calls to the appropriate person.
• Match invoices to files and issue payments (Com-checks/Quick pays).
• Support accounting as needed and order office supplies.
• Verify carrier information through online applications.
• Ensure proper documentation is sent to Carrier Resources.
• Communicate with insurance for certificates of insurance and call carriers about lanes.
