Job summary

NRI is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our operations team in a fast-paced environment. You will own scheduled pick-ups, coordinate deliveries, and provide exceptional customer service to internal teams and clients.

Proficiency in Aspire WMS and MS Office is required, along with a willingness to learn TMS and carrier portals. The role requires flexibility for overtime, strong organizational skills, and meticulous attention to detail to maintain shipping documentation and ensure accuracy

Qualifications

• 1+ months of experience as a Logistics Coordinator.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Outlook, Excel, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Comfortable learning TMS carrier systems, programs, portals and WMS.

Responsibilities

• Support scheduled pick-ups and deliveries, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Coordinate shipments, track and trace, and update internal stakeholders.
• Assist with overtime as needed and maintain accurate logistics documentation.
