Foxconn Industrial Internet in San Jose/Sunnyvale is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to ensure timely delivery of materials and smooth production operations. You will coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to manage shipments, track status, and resolve delays in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The role requires a background in logistics or supply chain operations, strong communication, and proficiency with Excel and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of logistics processes including freight coordination, customs, and shipping terms.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills with suppliers and logistics providers.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and expedite inbound shipments to ensure materials arrive on time to meet production needs.
• Track and manage delivery schedules with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners.
• Resolve delays or discrepancies in transit, customs, or receiving.
• Maintain visibility of in-transit inventory and provide updates to planning and production teams.
• Identify shortages or bottlenecks to minimize impact on operations.
• Crosscheck invoices for logistics providers and record accuracy.
• Coordinate with buyers, planners, warehouse, and logistics teams to prioritize shipments.
• Update ERP with shipment status, delivery dates, and confirmations.
• Participate in daily production or supply chain meetings to report status.
• Ensure compliance with shipping docs, incoterms, and import/export regulations.
• Support process improvements in logistics coordination and lead-time reduction.
