Foxconn Assembly, LLC is seeking a Production Support Coordinator for an on-site, full-time contract-to-hire position in Sunnyvale. The role supports production operations, works with engineering, and collaborates with testing teams to ensure smooth daily activities.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the testing team, managing PO fulfillment, inventory control, receiving shipments, and ensuring compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operation Management or a related discipline preferred.
• Associatedegree with relevant experience will be considered.
• Minimum of six months of experience in materials expediting, logistics coordination, or supply chain operations in a manufacturing environment.

• Handle purchase order fulfillment for the testing team, including equipment, stationery, consumables, and other required materials.
• Oversee inventory management by conducting regular cycle counts, audits, and stock-level reconciliation to ensure accurate records.
• Receive and process incoming shipments by inspecting deliveries and verifying quantities.
• Report damages and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed.

Production Support Coordinator - Contract to Hire
Work Location: Sunnyvale
Shift: Day Shift

Job Summary:
The Production Support Coordinator is to provide comprehensive administrative support to the production operations, engineering department, and collaborates closely with the testing team. It is an on-site role, and physical presence at the facility is required to perform the job responsibilities effectively.This is a full-time, contract position with the possibility of conversion after a minimum of 6 months.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Partner with the testing team to coordinate daily production activities and trackoperational targets.
• Handle purchase order fulfillment for the testing team, including equipment, stationery, consumables, and other required materials.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Familiarity with manufacturing or production workflows.
• Contractmanufacturing or electronics industry experience is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strongorganizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time, Contract to Hire
Pay Range: $24 - $26 per hour (DOE)
