Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in materials expediting, logistics coordination, or supply chain operations.
• Experience with freight forwarders, customs clearance, and international shipments is a plus.
• Contract manufacturing or electronics industry experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and expedite inbound shipments for timely arrival.
• Work with suppliers and logistics partners to manage delivery schedules.
• Resolve delays or discrepancies in transit and customs clearance.
• Maintain visibility of in-transit inventory and provide updates.
• Identify critical shortages and escalate delivery risks.
• Crosscheck invoices for logistics provider services.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to prioritize urgent shipments.
• Update ERP systems with latest shipment status.
• Participate in daily production meetings to report logistics status.
• Ensure compliance with shipping documentation and regulations.
• Support process improvements in logistics coordination.
