We seek a detail-oriented logistics professional to own coordination, provider management, and data-driven improvements across shipments, with a focus on reducing errors and driving efficiency. This onsite role supports cross-functional teams and offers a robust ESOP, enhanced benefits, and opportunities to grow the logistics

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3+ years in logistics, transportation, supply chain, freight brokerage, customer operations, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience with carriers, brokers, 3PLs, or transportation management systems preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate pricing, service options, and tradeoffs.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft 365 skills with comfort working with transportation data, reports, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary logistics contact for Sales, Project Management, Sales Support, Warehousing, and other internal teams.
• Coordinate transportation requirements for direct shipments, job-site deliveries, and other operational needs.
• Monitor shipments and ensure delays, claims, carrier issues, accessorials, and customer-impacting exceptions are resolved.
• Lead recurring logistics meetings and monitor service, pricing, and execution with providers.
• Track recurring issues and identify opportunities for corrective action or process improvement.
