Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation in Rockwall, TX is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support day-to-day shipping, receiving and inventory operations at our Rockwall facility. You will manage inventory transfers, RMAs, PO receipts, and freight coordination to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries.

The role requires 3+ years in logistics, ERP experience, and strong Excel/Outlook/Word skills, with a focus on accuracy and customer service in a manufacturing/distribution

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of logistics, warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory control, or supply chain experience.
• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Manufacturing or distribution experience required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process inventory transfers between facilities.
• Receive and process RMAs.
• Receive and verify PO deliveries for 113-SC operations.
• Create commercial invoices and shipping documentation for domestic and international shipments.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound freight with carriers and logistics providers.
• Maintain accurate inventory and logistics records within the ERP system.
• Investigate and resolve shipping, receiving, and inventory discrepancies.
• Support cycle count and inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Answer incoming phone calls as a shared departmental responsibility.
• Partner with Customer Service, Operations, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
