Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking a Inventory Control Coordinator to maintain accurate records for items purchased and produced at our Sanford, NC facility.

You will conduct physical counts, reconcile records, analyze inventory levels, and coordinate with production and sales to meet demand, while investigating discrepancies and ensuring internal controls are followed. A high school diploma and 2+ years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of related experience.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and inventory control processes.
• Proficiency in Axapta and MS Office.
• Strong attention to detail and data analysis skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile results.
• Ensure incoming/outgoing shipment quantities are accurate.
• Analyze inventory levels and coordinate with production and sales requirements.
• Investigate shipping discrepancies.
• Perform stock checks as needed.
• Ensure compliance with internal control procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Coordinator, Inventory Control

POSITION PURPOSE

The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for recording and maintaining control of various types of inventory items purchased and produced.

Essential Job Functions

• Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile results with inventory records.
• Ensure quantities of incoming and outgoing shipments are correct.
• Conduct analyses of inventory levels and coordinate with production and sales requirements.
• Investigate shipping discrepancies.
• Perform stock checks as needed.
• Ensure compliance with established internal control procedures.
• Other miscellaneous duties.

Education And Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of related experience
