Job summary

PSC Group (formerly Petroleum Service Corporation) is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support operations at our rail terminal. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task in a chemical plant environment.

Responsibilities include processing orders, managing load schedules, coordinating motor carriers, and verifying data against sheets and inventory systems.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with SAP is preferred
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Speak, write, read fluent English
• Regular on-site attendance and punctuality is required

Responsibilities

• Communicate directly with shippers (customers sending products to the rail terminal via railcar).
• Process customer orders using various computer inventory systems and complete all necessary paperwork.
• Create and manage a daily load schedule
• Schedule motor carriers
• Verify work instructions via customer data sheets
• Oversee that loaders are taking necessary customer samples and entering those samples into the inventory management system.
