Job summary

Sub-Zero Group, Inc. in the Madison area is seeking a Warehouse Operations Specialist to oversee end-to-end material flow, inbound/outbound, and 3PL coordination.

This role emphasizes SAP-based shipping/receiving, inventory accuracy, and collaboration with Sales and Customer Service to ensure on-time order fulfillment; the ideal candidate has 2–4 years of warehouse experience and a High School diploma.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of warehouse experience.
• ERP shipping/receiving experience.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally to achieve common goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate 2-3 3PL employees with end-to-end material flow.
• Process inbound receipts/verify accuracy vs PO/Pack Slip; outbound shipments.
• Document/inventory variances; drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Sales and Customer Service for on-time order fulfillment.
• Align with Supply Chain Planning on material availability and shipment priorities.
• Create outbound shipping documentation, including SAP goods issues.
• Maintain schedule of outbound shipments with delivery providers.
• Own inventory control processes, including cycle counting and reconciliation.
• Execute and maintain inventory records and system balances.
• Serve as Materials KPI and data owner, ensuring accuracy and reporting.
