Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years of direct experience in a 3PL or freight brokerage environment.
• Experience managing both FTL and LTL shipments from start to finish.
• Ability to coordinate multiple active shipments simultaneously.
• Experience communicating and negotiating directly with transportation carriers.
• Familiarity with U.S. and Canadian freight transportation operations preferred.

• Manage full truckload (FTL) and less-than-truckload (LTL) shipments from pickup through final delivery.
• Coordinate transportation activities across the United States and Canada.
• Communicate directly with carriers, customers, and internal Sales teams.
