Duda Farm Fresh Foods, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support transportation and supply chain operations in Wellington, FL.

This full-time, office-based role coordinates the movement of finished goods and raw materials to ensure timely deliveries and accurate transportation records. The position requires at least one year in logistics or related fields, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of experience in logistics, transportation, dispatch, shipping, or supply chain operations.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Availability to support occasional after-hours, weekend, and on-call operational needs.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the transportation of finished goods and raw materials to ensure on-time pickup and delivery.
• Schedule and manage transportation appointments with customers, warehouses, and freight carriers.
• Monitor shipments from pickup through final delivery and communicate shipment status updates.
• Investigate and document transportation exceptions, including delays, shortages, damages, and temperature-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate shipment data within transportation management and business systems.
• Review freight invoices and transportation charges for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Support refrigerated transportation operations and ensure compliance with transportation and food safety requirements.
• Maintain transportation documentation, including bills of lading, proofs of delivery, and freight records.
• Monitor carrier compliance documentation, including insurance and other required records.
• Prepare and distribute transportation and logistics reports as requested.
• Other duties as assigned.
