Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Duration: 12 months (Possible Extension)

Position Type: Hourly contract Position (W2 only

Note:

Business Hour: M- F / 9:00am - 5:00pm

INTERVIEW PROCESS: 3 rounds of interview

TEAM SIZE: Team of 5 including this position

PURPOSE/ MISSION OF TEAM: New projects coming up and need more operational support.

DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Data entry and creating documents using MS Excel / ERP system / MS Word
• Communication with team members / customers / suppliers / freight forwarders to handle orders and shipments

Description:

• Process sales orders – order acknowledgement, corrections, price check, input into the system
• Update customers on order status
• Data entry into company's customized system
• Documentation, Data Entry, and Filing
• Any other related duties will be assigned as needed

Experience: Prefer 3-5 years Global procurement experience. Must be proficient with Outlook MS Office suite, particularly with Excel. Prefer Japanese communication skills.

Requirements

• Proficient in MS Office and any other software used for processing sales orders and purchase orders
• 1 to 3 years working experience in Import/ Export, Logistics, and/ or trading company is preferred
• Experience in order processing and creating documents
• Organized and Detail oriented
• Japanese speaking / writing

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is between $21.00-$24.00 per hour.
