Job summary

Responsibilities

• Data entry of customer orders with 24-hour turnaround.
• Distribute accurate U.S. Customs documentation to distributors and brokers.
• Monitor status of domestic and international orders and liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, customers and internal teams.
• Update internal systems with shipping and delivery dates.
• Prepare orders for billing and execute direct import billing.
• Deliver world-class customer service via email and phone.

Location: West Palm Beach, FL ( Mon – Thurs, Fri work from home)

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated self-starter to coordinate domestic and Direct Import Orders from our national distribution network.

Responsibilities/Essential Functions

• Data entry of customer orders with a high degree of accuracy within 24-hour turn-around time
• Distribution of accurate and compliant U.S. Customs documentation to distributors and brokers
• Monitoring the status of customer orders, domestic and international and correspond consistently with suppliers, freight forwarders, customers and our internal sales teams
• Update internal systems with dates of events, i.e. shipping and delivery
• Prepare orders for billing and execute the direct import billing
• Deliver world-class customer service through e-mail and phone

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 2 years of experience in international freight forwarding or import/export industry required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication, both written and verbal
• Superior organizational skills, detail oriented, must be able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Demonstrated experience working in an environment of multi-tasking
• Ability to work independently and in a dynamic, high energy, team-oriented atmosphere.
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft office
• Dynamics Business Central ERP experience a plus
• Wine knowledge a plus
