The role emphasizes attention to detail, ability to work with both physical inventory and electronic records, and experience in logistics or warehouse operations. Aviation exposure is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in receiving, tracking, and processing inventory.
• Comfortable with ERP, inventory, or warehouse management systems.
• Ability to scan, upload, and maintain supporting documentation.
• Strong attention to detail with part numbers, quantities, and records.
• Basic Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain inventory transactions within the company system.

Job Title: Logistics Inspector

Job Description

We are seeking a Logistics Inspector to support receiving, inventory control, and documentation management activities. This position will be responsible for receiving incoming materials, verifying quantities and supporting paperwork, entering information into the inventory system, scanning and organizing documentation, and coordinating the movement of materials throughout the facility. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with both physical inventory and electronic records. Previous aviation experience is not required. Candidates with experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, receiving, inventory management, or materials coordination are encouraged to apply.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sunrise, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
