Job summary

Flowserve is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage the on-time outbound flow of goods. You will schedule truckloads, prepare shipping documents, and coordinate with carriers and export compliance to ensure accurate shipments.

This role interfaces with planning, sales, and operations to maintain smooth logistics operations. You will also support inquiries, participate in production meetings, and help prepare monthly shipping plans.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of relevant logistics experience.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse management is preferred.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule truckloads and LTL shipments.
• Create AWB and BOLs for FedEx, UPS, DHL and other carriers.
• Ensure export compliance and file EEI when required.
• Support with shipping inquiries and project planning updates.
• Perform daily and monthly close out activities for accounting.
• Attend production meetings to update shipments and departmental needs.
• Create monthly shipping plans and track progress.
• Load outbound shipments with forklift/crane on flatbeds or trailers.
• Follow standard operating procedures and assist as needed.

Role Summary:As a Logistics Coordinator you will ensure the on-time outbound flow of goods and materials to our customers.
