Flynn Group of Companies in Salt Lake City is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support shipping, receiving, and inventory control at our manufacturing facility. This on-site, full-time role emphasizes accurate records and collaboration with office and shop staff to keep materials moving smoothly.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proficient with Word and Excel, and comfortable using new software. Prior inventory or logistics experience is preferred and reliable transportation to the site

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and take initiative.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
• Experience in inventory, logistics, or warehousing preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork with office and shop staff.
• Reliable transportation to Salt Lake City.

Responsibilities

• Use computer software to build, implement, and maintain an organized inventory tracking system for the branch.
• Assist with inventory-related administrative tasks: keep accurate records, cycle counts, and conduct inventory checks.
• Work collaboratively with shop personnel on the floor to track incoming and outgoing materials and support daily operations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
