Your Responsibilities

As a Supply Chain Technical Coordinator, you will provide essential tactical, administrative, and technical support across various supply chain functions, including engineering property, logistics, and general operations.

• Manage the intake, storage, movement, and distribution of essential materials and equipment.
• Ensure all items meet conformance standards by verifying weights and quantities to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Draft accurate shipping documentation and bills of lading to facilitate smooth logistics.
• Direct materials to their correct locations to improve overall facility organization.
• Assemble production kits to help the team meet critical manufacturing deadlines.
• Deliver necessary supplies directly to the shop floor to ensure operational continuity.
• Maintain supply chain records by utilizing specialized computer software.
• Execute goods receiving and issuing transactions within the SAP S/4 system.
• Operate forklifts, hand trucks, and other machinery to assist in safe material handling.
• Collaborate across multiple departments to support logistics and business operations.
• Foster clear communication with team members, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of one year of relevant experience or additional education.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4 for goods receiving and issuing.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to support effective supplier and customer relations.
• The ability to balance clerical duties with physical supply chain tasks.
• The physical capacity to lift up to 25 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced expertise in SAP S/4 goods issue and receiving processes.
• Experience interpreting and utilizing Stores Pick Tickets.
• Previous experience working in a warehouse setting.
• A solid understanding of general supply chain operations.
• Experience operating reach-lifts or forklifts.
