We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage and optimize our supply chain operations. This role is essential to ensuring the seamless flow of goods and services, maintaining inventory accuracy, and facilitating communication between stakeholders to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Analyze and optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and transportation expenses.
• Utilize logistics software to track shipments and manage inventory effectively.
• Prepare and present reports on logistics performance metrics to management.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of logistics processes and supply chain management principles.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

• Experience with logistics and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).

• Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven decision-making mindset.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

• Ability to proactively identify areas for improvement in logistics processes.

Worksite:

• The PIM Brands Global Headquarters in Park Ridge, New Jersey
• The role requires working on-site: Monday thru Thursday. Work from home/remotely on a rotating Friday schedule.
• Summer Fridays between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend

• The pay range for this position is $60,000.00 to $70,000.00.
