Novatech in Knoxville, TN, seeks a Logistics Coordinator to manage client onboarding, plan deliveries, and ensure accurate order processing using E-Automate. You will coordinate shipping, scans, and documentation while supporting inventory control and delivery execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage set up/Client Onboarding Associates.
• Organize, schedule, and plan customer deliveries.
• Update and Ship Sales Orders using E-Automate.
• Scan all necessary logistics paperwork into Sales Scans.
• Track pending deliveries and coordinate inventory flow.
• Work with sales team to ensure order accuracy.

Novatech has an exciting opportunity for you as a Logistics Coordinator!

Your Job:

• Manage set up/Client Onboarding Associates.
• Organize, schedule, and plan customer deliveries
• Update and Ship Sales Orders using E-Automate.
• Scan all necessary logistics paperwork into Sales Scans.
• Manage the delivery queue. (add serial #’s, ID #’s, update delivery dates, flow completed deals)
• Process retuning equipment and Lease returns via the RMA/RTV process.
• Create equipment records in E-Automate as needed.
• Assist Lease Admin as needed to resolve any issues.
• Track pending deliveries not scheduled due to inventory or other issues
• Pull equipment, notate serial numbers, and assign setup techs for new machine builds.
• Maintain inventory control.
• Ensure successful and accurate shipment and delivery of products.
• Offload, inspect, receive, and shelf inventory products.
• Work with sales team to ensure order accuracy.
• Organize, schedule, and plan customer deliveries.
• General warehouse maintenance

You Must be Able to:

• Climb ladders, stand, bend, squat, and crawl while performing essential job functions.
• Work overtime as needed
• Manage multiple conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to operate a sit-down forklift a plus.
