Job summary

American Carpet South is seeking a Logistics / Routing Specialist to coordinate install schedules across multiple teams based on job scope, location, and capacity. You will collaborate with Senior Installation Managers and Operations Manager to optimize throughput and reporting.

The role requires a detail-oriented, customer-service minded professional who thrives on solving scheduling challenges and using our in-house systems to ensure timely, accurate installations.

Job description

The primary role of the Logistics / Routing Specialist is to coordinate and manage the install schedules of all installation teams based on job scope, consumer needs, location, and ACS capacity. This role works closely with the Senior Installation Managers and Operations Manager to correctly report and utilize capacity for all installed surfaces.
