Job summary

Hornet Staffing, Inc., a GEE Group company, is seeking a logistics coordinator in Jacksonville, FL to coordinate shipments, communicate with customers and carriers, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1+ year in logistics, bilingual English/Spanish, and familiarity with ERP systems such as TruckMate. On-site hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent education and experience.
• 1+ year of experience in logistics, transportation, shipping, dispatch, freight coordination, customer service, or a related field preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and a second language required; Spanish preferred unless otherwise specified by the client.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments, communicate with customers and carriers/vendors, and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to support customer interactions.
• Ability to use ERP/logistics systems and perform basic calculations.

• Reliable, punctual, professional, and comfortable working in a moderately noisy environment.
• Ability to work Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM, with overtime as required.
• Ability to work onsite in Jacksonville, FL.
