You will coordinate pickups and deliveries, communicate with customers, carriers, and internal teams, and maintain accurate shipping data to ensure efficient, traceable shipments daily.

• Previous clerical shipping or logistics experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipping and transportation arrangements for pickups and deliveries.
• Communicate with customers, carriers, drivers, and internal teams to ensure shipments are handled efficiently.
• Collect, enter, and maintain accurate shipping and logistics data.
• Organize files, shipping documents, and other records.
• Provide clerical and administrative support for daily shipping operations.
• Spend 65% of the day performing desk/clerical duties and 35% on hands-on packaging tasks.
• Assist with coordinating movement and preparation of outgoing shipments.
