Job summary

Mazak Corporation, a leading North American Parts Center employer, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support the Parts team. The role covers logistics and system support for accessories shipments, both direct and indirect, and requires maintaining accurate freight data and processing related transactions.

Essential duties include coordinating quotes, shipping arrangements (international and domestic), inventory updates, and customer onboarding.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1–3 years of related experience.
• Experience with shipping logistics and order processing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Ability to coordinate international and domestic shipments.

Responsibilities

• Proactively attains a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
• Obtains quotes and arranges part and accessory international and domestic shipments for customer orders and internal departments.
• Performs order processing and inventory transactions.
• Sets up new shipping customers.
• Sets up material return authorizations.
• Processes invoices and credits.

• Coordinates conveyor and bar feeder shipments with carriers, suppliers and end-users.
• Updates the accessories database (JAT) with freight and tracking information.

Mazak Corporation is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join the Parts team. Logistics Coordinators provide logistic and system support for the Mazak North American Parts Center, including accessories shipment (direct and indirect).

Scope and Responsibilities:

• Update the accessories database (JAT) with freight and tracking information.

Education/Certification:

• High school diploma or equivalent. One to three years of experience in a related position.

Skills:

• Microsoft Office Suite.
• PC based ERP sales and inventory systems.
• Quoting or arranging freight shipments both international and domestic.
• Providing international shipping documents such as commercial invoices.
• Highly organized and able to manage varied workloads and level of urgency.
