Job summary

Dallas Lite & Barricade, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to schedule and dispatch workers, crews, and equipment across multiple locations in accordance with customer requests.

The role involves daily scheduling, coordinating with the Sales team on project plans, and maintaining strong driver and helper relationships to ensure on-time execution. The ideal candidate has experience in the traffic control industry, solid administrative skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High school degree or equivalent education/experience preferred.
• Five years of experience in the traffic control industry preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Sedentary – primarily sitting at a desk for the majority of the day; occasional movement inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
• Occasionally exerts up to 10 pounds of force, and frequently or constantly exerts a negligible amount of force, to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
• Frequently operates a computer and other office equipment such as a calculator, copy machine, computer printer, etc.
• Visual acuity is constantly required to ensure the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned.
• Constantly communicates with customers and employees in other departments. Must be able to exchange accurate information verbally and in writing.
