Job summary

Weee! Inc. in Clifton, NJ is seeking a hands-on Logistics Coordinator to partner with delivery drivers and optimize day-to-day operations for on-time deliveries.

You will identify orders for the next day, plan routes using our routing software, and support driver recruitment, performance monitoring, and cost-saving fleet initiatives. The role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years in logistics, proficiency with Excel and Google Suite, and the ability to lift 50 lbs and work weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 2+ years logistics or warehouse operations experience.
• 1+ years using Excel, Google Suite, AI tools, data visualization and pivot tables.
• Must have a valid driver license.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work one weekend day.

Responsibilities

• Identify orders for the next day and create a route plan for deliveries.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure driver pool is ready.
• Monitor driver performance and provide necessary support.
• Suggest opportunities to reduce costs and improve fleet operations.
• Daily/weekly/monthly reporting on delivery performance for the warehouse.
• Assist with administrative and contracting tasks as assigned.
• Drive company vans to maintenance vendors if needed.
• Deliver packages when required.
• Perform basic fleet maintenance.
• Maintain fleet and warehouse cleanliness.

About this Role

Logistics Coordinator plays a vital role in working with the delivery drivers on a day to day basis.

Responsibilities

• Identify the orders for the next day and create a route plan for deliveries using Weee's routing software
• Partner with Talent Acquisition team to ensure sufficient driver pool ready for the business
• Ability to understand drivers performance and providing the necessary support
• Suggest opportunities to reduce costs and improve fleet operations
• Daily, weekly, monthly reporting in regards to delivery performance for the warehouse
• Assist with administrative and contracting tasks as assigned
• Ability to drive company vans to various maintenance vendors if needed
• Ability to deliver packages if needed
• Ability to perform basic fleet maintenance
• Maintain the cleanliness of the fleet and warehouse

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required.
• 2+ years of logistic or Warehouse operations experience
• 1+ years of experience using Excel, Google Suite, use of AI Tools, and ability to handle large amounts of data, creating pivot tables, data visualization and make informed decision
• Must have a valid driver license
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to deliver packages as needed
• Ability to stand for long hours and adapt to extreme weather conditions
• Ability to work one day on the weekends.

Compensation Range

• The US base pay range for this full-time position is $22-$27/hr
• This role may be eligible to discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits
• Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location
