Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Shipping, Transportation or Distribution.

• Familiarity with export documentation or international trade is a plus.

Responsibilities

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a motivated Logistics Coordinator to support international shipping, transportation, and logistics operations. You’ll work with multiple transportation modes, coordinate shipments around the world, prepare critical export documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting customer and business objectives.

What You'll Do

Global Logistics & Transportation Coordination

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments across multiple transportation modes, including:
  • Ocean (LCL & FCL)
  • Air Freight
  • Road Transportation
  • Rail Transportation
  • Special Equipment Shipments
• Support production, distribution, and inventory logistics planning
• Track shipments and proactively resolve transportation issues

Export Documentation & Trade Compliance

• Prepare and review critical international shipping documentation, including:
  • Commercial Invoices
  • Customs Documentation
  • Packing Lists
  • Bills of Lading
  • Certificates of Origin
  • Certificates of Analysis
  • Free Trade Agreement Documentation
• Complete export documentation such as:
  • Export Declarations
  • Shipper’s Letters of Instruction (SLI)
  • Other required export paperwork

Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and standards, including:
  • IATA
  • IMDG
  • DOT
• Support compliance with U.S. export regulations and country‑specific import/export requirements
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to maintain shipment compliance

Logistics Planning & Operational Support

• Analyze logistics plans impacting production, distribution, and inventory management
• Review and improve logistics and inventory procedures
• Support initiatives to maximize customer satisfaction while minimizing transportation costs

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with transportation providers, suppliers, customers, and internal teams
• Present updates and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
• Prioritize multiple tasks and support urgent business needs

Required Qualifications

Pay Details: $38.00 per hour
