Essential Functions: * Possess thorough knowledge of Donaldson shipping procedures, authorized carriers, packing list requirements, shipment markings, and packaging. * Prepare export documents required for international shipments. * Arrange transportation to meet customer requirements. * Generate Bills of Lading, process and transmit daily shipping documents. * Track and trace package shipments. * Prepare packaging for international shipments. * Classify and apply correct values and obtain country of origin for dutiable shipments. * Resolve shipping complaints. * Prepare various reports as needed. * Verify the accuracy of outgoing shipments and orders * Maintain complete and accurate records of all shipping paperwork * Communicate effectively with all plant personnel and external customers * Operate a powered industrial truck and pallet jack in a safe and efficient manner; provide daily care and preventative maintenance as needed * Demonstrate the ability to complete standardized duties and tasks * Comply with standard work practices and SOPs * Comply with all EHS and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) policies and procedures While this list is representative of essential job duties, it is not an all-inclusive list of duties required to perform this role. Qualifications: * High school diploma/GED required * A minimum of one (1) year related experience * Ability to work in a team environment toward a common goal * Ability to work under a moderate degree of supervision * Ability to work cross-functionally with all departments in a professional manner * Exhibit attention to detail * Flexibility and agility in an ever-changing environment * Consistent attendance and punctuality * Ability to work overtime as required by the business * Perform a variety of tasks safely throughout the day in a fast-paced work environment
* A minimum of one (1) year of Forklift experience and certification
* Hazmat Ground Shipper Certification (DOT) or the ability to obtain it within 60 days of hire
