Job summary

• Two years of office support experience with an emphasis in logistics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

• Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate order fulfillment by processing shipment requests and preparing picklists and pallet signs for the warehouse team.
• Support warehouse team with inventory questions and assist with lot changes to ensure accuracy.
• Manage multi-drop shipments, ensuring all shipments are accounted for and load orders are properly documented.
• Coordinate freight activities by quoting, selecting carriers, booking freight, and preparing shipment documents.
• Monitor stock inventory levels, identify shortages, and request inventory transfers in coordination with warehouse management.

Our client, a leading organization in the agricultural industry, is seeking a Freight Clerk to join their team. As a Freight Clerk, you will be part of the Logistics Department supporting warehouse and shipping operations. Pay Range: $25

Shift: 7:00/7:30 - 4:00/4:30 pm (may change to 8:00 - 5:00 pm)
