Monrovia Nursery Company is hiring a Logistics Administrator to monitor safety, compliance, and fleet performance across our nurseries in Oregon, California, and Georgia. You will build dashboards, manage the logistics ticketing system, and coordinate with the Director of Logistics and Nursery Coaches to ensure audit-ready operations.

The role emphasizes data-driven reporting, collaboration with AI tools, and close teamwork with logistics staff to streamline processes and improve efficiency

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, fleet safety, or compliance administration.
• Familiarity with fleet tracking or telematics platforms preferred.
• Degree in logistics, business, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent communication skills with leadership and end users.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain reporting dashboards from compliance systems across three nurseries (Oregon, California, Georgia).
• Monitor safety, compliance, and fleet performance and flag issues.
• Own and manage the logistics ticketing system from open to resolution.
• Support rack program administration, including discrepancy tracking and depot coordination.
• Collaborate with AI assistants and automation tools to speed up reporting.
• Work with Director of Logistics and Fleet/Logistics Coaches.
• Help shape fleet compliance tracking company-wide.
