Job summary

Monrovia is seeking a Logistics Administrator to monitor safety, compliance, and fleet performance across three nurseries (Oregon, California, and Georgia). You will build recurring reports from our compliance systems to keep leadership and Coaches updated, and manage the logistics ticketing system from open to resolution.

This role collaborates with the Director of Logistics, Fleet Coaches, and Rack Coordinator, leveraging AI assistants and automation to streamline reporting while ensuring data

Qualifications

• Experience building reports and dashboards from fleet data sources.
• Strong Excel skills: formulas, cleanup, pivots.
• Ability to monitor multiple data sources and flag issues quickly.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain reporting dashboards from compliance systems.
• Own the logistics ticketing system and ensure timely resolution.
• Support rack program administration and data coordination between logistics, sales and vendors.
• Work with AI assistants and automation to speed up reporting and data analysis.
• Collaborate with Director of Logistics and nursery Fleet/Logistics Coaches.
• Help ensure fleet remains audit-ready and compliant with safety standards.
