Our passion for plants, use of natural processes, and our years of experience result in plants that enable consumers to achieve a landscape of exceptional beauty and share in the joy that comes from creating healthy living spaces.

About the Role:

The Logistics Administrator is responsible for monitoring and reporting on safety, compliance, and fleet performance across all Monrovia nurseries (Oregon, California, and Georgia). This role builds and maintains recurring reports from our compliance and performance tracking systems to keep leadership and Coaches on top of key logistics metrics and serves as the primary point of monitoring for Macro point compliance, tracking exceptions and flagging issues as they arise. This role also manages the logistics ticketing system, ensuring requests are logged, tracked, and followed up on until resolution, and assists with rack program administration, including tracking rack discrepancies, supporting the rack depot program, and helping coordinate rack-related data between logistics, sales, and vendor partners. This role also works alongside AI assistants and automation tools to streamline reporting, surface exceptions faster, and keep recurring data pulls up to date. The Logistics Administrator works closely with the Director of Logistics, Fleet Coaches, Logistics Coaches, and Rack Coordinator at each nursery to ensure requests are acknowledged and addressed promptly, and that the fleet stays audit-ready and aligned with company safety standards. Occasionally the Logistics Administrator will assist with ad hoc data pulls and special reporting projects in support of broader logistics and safety initiatives. Additional duties or support may be required as needed to support the success of the department.

What You’ll Do
  • Work with Craftsmen in a collaborative, rewarding, and quality-focused environment
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards pulling from different compliance systems
  • Serve as the go-to resource for safety, compliance, and monitoring metrics across three nurseries
  • Own the logistics ticketing system, keeping requests moving from open to resolved
  • Support the rack program, including discrepancy tracking and depot program administration
  • Work hands-on with AI assistants and automation tools to speed up reporting and data analysis
  • Partner directly with the Director of Logistics and nursery Fleet/Logistics Coaches
  • Help shape how Monrovia tracks and improves fleet compliance company-wide

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through on outstanding requests
  • Comfortable managing and prioritizing incoming requests across multiple nurseries and stakeholders
  • Experience managing a ticketing or request-tracking system, with consistent follow-up through to resolution
  • Ability to track and reconcile discrepancies (e.g., rack counts) across multiple data sources and vendor partners
  • Comfortable working with AI assistants and automation tools to build reports and speed up routine tasks
  • Ability to work independently while keeping the Director of Logistics informed of trends and exceptions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a can-do attitude and commitment to excellence
Experience and Education:
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, fleet safety, or compliance administration
  • Familiarity with fleet tracking or telematics platforms (Macropoint, TitanGPS, Sentix, or comparable systems) preferred
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in logistics, business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
