You'll learn to negotiate with subcontractors, research supply chain alternatives, and perform data analytics to identify trends. High-performing Co-ops may lead a process-improvement project from ideation to implementation under the Logistics Manager, continuing a tradition of leadership development at McKenney's.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Co-op program at an accredited school in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Construction Management, or a related degree.
• Must complete at least two full-time, alternating Co-op rotations before graduation.
• Strong initiative, teamwork, and effective communication across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in a team environment under guidance of Logistics and Manufacturing leaders.
• Support Project Managers and Foremen in developing procurement and delivery strategies and ensuring timely movement of materials.
• Apply LEAN principles to understand current processes and minimize waste.
• Leverage data analytics to identify trends and prioritize high-impact improvements across logistics.
