Qualifications

• Experience with spreadsheet management and a strong attention to detail.
• Motivated individual with a desire to grow with the team.
• Experience in drayage, brokerage, transloading, or freight forwarding is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing updates to clients.
• Communicating customer expectations to dispatch and warehouse personnel.
• Ensuring rates quoted match invoice to customer.
• Transcribing updates from clients, terminals, and steamship lines into our system.
• Creating paperwork for deliveries.
• Dispatching and tracking drivers for final mile deliveries.
