Job summary

Bergen Logistics is seeking a Client Service Manager to act as the primary liaison between clients and warehouse teams, ensuring accurate and timely logistics service. The role emphasizes responsive, professional client support with strong interpersonal and analytical skills.

Responsibilities include preparing daily reports, coordinating shipments, monitoring WMS SLA, and training clients on the WMS. Candidates should have 1–3 years of customer service experience and a high school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main liaison between clients and Bergen Logistics teams.
• Prepare, analyze, and send daily reports.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and resolve delays.
• Monitor WMS for SLA compliance and address late orders.
• Train clients on using the WMS and maintain vendor information.
• Respond to inquiries promptly and maintain professional client relations.
