Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a site-level logistics supervisor to manage client relationships and oversee inbound, picking, packing, VAL, and outbound processes. You will coordinate with internal teams to optimize performance and respond to escalations while driving KPI achievement.

This role requires a 2-year leadership background in customer service or related field, a basic understanding of WMS, and strong MS Office skills, with fluent English communication across shifts and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years’ experience in a leadership role involving customer service or equivalent.
• Understanding of logistics services, including order management, and movement scheduling.
• Basic knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• English proficiency (reading, writing, verbal).

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships at the site level.
• Oversee the inbound, picking, packing, VAL, and outbound processes.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to optimize performance.
• Handle escalations and resolve client requests or complaints.
• Monitor operational performance and ensure KPI targets are met.
• Conduct staff meetings and foster team development.
• Organize operational review meetings with key clients.
