Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year experience in a related field.
• Experience with inventory, ERP software (Eatec/Lawson) and FIFO principles preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain gaming license if required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receipt, storage, and distribution of goods for Tribal and Casino operations.
• Relocate inventory using forklifts and material-handling equipment; ensure safety and efficiency.
• Plan routes and coordinate deliveries; verify shipments and signatures; track via carriers.
• Communicate shortages and mispicks to Procurement; verify purchases outside system.
• Conduct inventory counts, maintain FIFO, and generate reports to support accuracy.
• Perform preventive maintenance on warehouse equipment and ensure safe working conditions.
• Assist with archiving accounting records and secure disposal of sensitive materials.
• Develop and enforce clean, organized logistics areas and recycling of pallets.
• Perform other duties to support department operations.
